step 1. book a consult

But you really want to get your health in order and feel better.

We get it.
Your needs are specific and the journey to get you there must be individualised to you.

That’s why we start all client journeys off with a FREE in-person consult to find out all about your goals & needs and put a plan in place specific to you.

step 2. build your fundamentals

Our mission is to empower you with your own knowledge to achieve the goals you’re chasing.

We will help you as much as possible along your journey, teaching you the fundamentals of strength training and any other components to assist your progress to your goal and past it.

The past 4 years of implementing this fundamentals process to every client’s start-up has proven essential for each clients success.

These one-on-one personal training sessions will hone your skills, show you knew skills, and deepen your understanding of what to expect along your path to your goal

step 3. start getting results

Once you have completed your fundamentals journey and are prepared, you are then ready for the next step.

Your and your coach will then map out the rest of your journey specific to your goals, lifestyle, and needs.

You’ll choose between either engaging in the group membership or completing 1:1 personal training based on the prescription you and your coach decide. 

From there you can then add other services as needed in order to maximise your results such as programming or nutrition coaching.
